To be eligible for a refund, return or exchange your item must be undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. You may ask for a return and refund up to 5 years after receiving the item(s).

Exchanges

Follow the instructions above for a Return/Refund. Return the item to us undamaged and order a new item on our website. Use Code REFUND25 at checkout for 25% off your new order. No limit to items ordered.

That will pay for your return mailing expense for the exchange. We want you to be happy with your experience.

Shipping

Be aware that if you want to return/refund, we are based in the USA and the shipping costs are at your own expense.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Thank you.
